This website is only for delivery of products to customers in the UK and mainland Europe. For deliveries to Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands & BFPO addresses, please contact us for delivery options & costs. Delivery charges are shown in the 'Basket' and relate to the goods in the 'Basket' and region of delivery'. Our price promise constitutes a price match or beat, which only applies before an order is placed, and is not guaranteed.
We endeavour to supply goods ordered within one working day for UK deliveries and 5 working days for European deliveries. Our next day delivery is subject to courier reliability and is not promised. We use an overnight service for inflatable kayaks. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Aquascene shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales.
Cancellation of orders can be made after purchase, but customers may be charged a delivery fee if the order has already been dispatched. Customers can return unwanted purchases for a full refund within 30 days of purchase providing the goods have not been used and are in undamaged, original packaging; used items are non-refundable unless faulty. Where items purchased as part of a discounted package bundle are found to be faulty, only the faulty item is returnable/refundable. Free replacements will be arranged under warranty for any faulty goods supplied to the UK. Faulty goods send to outside the UK, or taken outside the UK by customers, are no longer covered under warranty unless returned to the UK for collection/exchange.
Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. We provide a Saturday delivery service at extra cost.
We cannot be held responsible for the performance of couriers. We will provide consignment details and tracking numbers on request.
Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Where manufacturer warranties apply, UK supplied goods that have not been taken outside the UK will be replaced if a manufacture fault is present. Please note that where faulty item(s) are part of a bundled package only the faulty item(s) are eligible to be replaced/refunded, and the warranty policy of the faulty item within the package is the warranty policy that shall apply. Any non-faulty items purchased as part of a bundled package are non-returnable unless unused, and in original and undamaged packaging. Goods will not be replaced free of charge, or under warranty if those goods have been damaged through mis-use. Customers who take goods outside the UK must bear the carriage charge for any warranty replacements sent and/or received.
